Why am I being charged Tax?

Due to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on June 21, 2018 in the South Dakota vs Wayfair case we are now legally required to collect and remit sales tax for some U.S. states that we have not in the past. Previously, internet retailers were required to collect tax only in those states where they had a physical location. The Wayfair ruling dictates that purchases from all online retailers be subject to taxes determined by your state and/or local municipality. In accordance with this ruling, applicable taxes will be automatically added to your shopping cart’s subtotal.

What are the details of your free shipping offer?

Any order totaling $25 or more is eligible to ship for free via Standard Shipping. Free Shipping applies to Domestic (United States) orders only and the merchandise total must be greater than or equal to $25 after coupons and other discounts have been applied. Note: Certain items may indicate that they are not eligible for free shipping.

How will my items be packaged?

How does Guest Checkout Work?

If you don’t want to create an account or you would rather set up your account at a later time, with guest checkout, anyone can browse, add items to their cart, and make purchases on our sites.

Adaptive Video Playback.

The Passionate VOD video player will begin playback at the lowest stream rate possible and then based on the your connection, change to the highest stream rate that your connection will support. Conversely, if you connection starts to get slow, the player will switch you to a lower stream rate until your connection speeds back up. All of this is done seamlessly, playback should not be interrupted and changes to the stream rate will not restart playback.
